Home Non-Development Standards Draft 8 of the Non-Development Grading Standards
Draft 8 of the Non-Development Grading Standards PDF Print E-mail
Thursday, 15 September 2011 00:00

As described in the general concept, all grading is divided into one of two categories: development grading and non-development grading.  Non-Development Grading is grading associated with a project that does not require a building permit.  Although the standards apply to all Non-Development grading, permits are only required when certain thresholds or triggers have been met.

Attached below is Draft 8 of the draft Non-Development standards and permit thresholds for public review.  Comments on the standards and thresholds may be left at the bottom of this page.  Comments will be reviewed by staff before they are published.  A public meeting will be held before the standards are presented to APAC or the Board of Supervisors. An update will posted on this web site and a Newsletter update sent to subscribers when the meeting is scheduled.

Please schedule future public meetings in the late afternoon, when people that have day jobs can get to these meetings. We need to be able to have our concerns heard, now that the meetings are open to all of the public again.
